Return Policy
Obviously, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused or defective merchandise up to 14 days from date shipment was received. We get it, things don't always work out! We want you to love your bag and want to help get it right.


Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions before submitted your inquiry.**Please do not ship any orders back without an email confirmation**


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to send a shipping label at $4.99 or you can use whatever shipping method you prefer.


Defective items
We pride ourselves on quality control but if for any reason you feel you have received a defective item, we will issue a full refund or exchange at no cost to you. Please contact us at michele@silvergirlhandmade.com and we will get back to you ASAP!

Sale Items
Sale items 30% off or higher are FINAL SALE. BUNDLES are FINAL SALE. SAMPLE SALE styles are always FINAL SALE—It’s a deal so if it doesn’t work, gift to a friend :)

Custom Orders
CUSTOM ORDERS are FINAL SALE.
We pride ourselves on quality control but if you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us at michele@silvergirlhandmade.com immediately so we can make it right!

How To Return Your Item(s):
1. Log into your account using the email address associated with the order and your order number (you can find your order number in your order confirmation email or receipt with purchase) **check your spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation
2. In your account, select the item(s) you wish to return, select a reason for your return, and click COMPLETE RETURN.
3. Confirm your refund. This will include taxes and any discounts applied, but exclude shipping costs.
4. Print your prepaid return label (if using our shipping, but you are welcome to use other shipping methods) and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box. Drop the box at your nearest USPS office.
**You must complete this process within 7 business days of printing your prepaid return label. Your label will expire if not shipped within the week of receiving!
5. Your refund will be issued to the method of payment once the returned item as been received. If you want to exchange your item(s), follow the same steps as the return portal or contact michele@silvergirlhandmade.com with any questions or special requests.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered— totally our fault, we will fix it for you!! Please send us an email.

**Product photos might have slight variances and will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern placement of colors.


How To Exchange A Gift:
Receive a Silvergirl style as a gift, but interested in a different color or style? No problem, we can exchange it for you! Please note, you have 30 days to return your gifted item(s).

1. The gift giver will not receive notification of the return.
2. Please send us an email.

3. Confirm your product by sending us a photo. Since everything is one of a kind we will know the price and style and be able to confirm it wasn’t a final sale item.
4. Browse our website for a new bag of equal or greater value. Please note: we cannot issue refunds for the difference if a lower cost item is selected.
5. Print your prepaid USPS return label (if using our shipping, but you are welcome to use other shipping methods)and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box. Drop the box at your nearest USPS shipping center. Please complete this process within 5 days of printing your prepaid return label.
5.Once your return is processed and received we will send you the exchanged bag.


Shipping Refunds
Silvergirl Handmade does not refund shipping charges unless item is defective.


International
We currently do not ship outside the United States.


Refunds
Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment.
